We are the Nordic region’s leading supplier of filling stations, services and infrastructure for liquefied and compressed energy gases. For over 20 years, we at Processkontroll Green Technology have designed, built, delivered and commissioned filling stations for compressed and liquefied natural and biogas in various designs. To date, we have delivered just over two hundred CBG filling stations for vehicle gas in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region, as well as a number of LBG / LNG filling stations with liquefied gas, mainly for heavy trucks.
Depending on whether there is a gas pipeline or not, our filling stations are built in different ways, but always with the same quality and safety. We design, install and build completely turnkey facilities, including ground works. We can easily adapt our standard solutions to your specific conditions and if you want, we handle all contacts with the relevant authorities for permits, building permits and more.
For CBG installations without access to gas pipelines, we offer certified mobile gas storages, also called “gasflak”, which the customer fills at a biogas plant or pipeline to be able to supply the filling stations with biogas. Our CBG/CNG and LBG/LNG filling stations with well-developed technology, provide reliable facilities with low operating and maintenance costs.

A parent station has uninterrupted access to gas, e.g. in connection with a biogas plant. It can be used both for direct refueling and for filling of mobile gas storages that feeds subsidiary stations.

A subsidiary Bio-CNG filling station can be placed anywhere without a gas pipeline and is fed with biogas from one or more mobile gas storage facilities that have been filled at a parent station.

A pipeline connected gas filling station is fed with gas from a fixed gas pipeline that can be routed to the station. This station can also function as a parent station.

A filling station for bus depots is specially built for bus traffic and there are two different variants of fillings stations for buses; fast filling and slow filling. Using both provides the best usability.

Our mobile high-pressure gas storages with steel or composite cylinders are filled at the parent station and distributed to subsidiary stations and industries that hereby are supplied with biogas.

A LBG filling station allows heavy transport vehicles to refuel liquid biogas and the evaporation in gaseous form can be used to offer compressed vehicle gas as well.

In our modern production facilities in Stora Höga, we design, construct, program and produce all our gas filling stations, decompression units and mobile gas storages.

Our experienced engineers use top-quality control systems and products in our automation solutions to create facilities with high quality and security in all functions.

With a decompression unit, an industry can be provided with a constant low pipeline pressure by regulating and heating the incoming gas, e.g. from mobile biogas storages with 250bar.
