An effective optimization of costs

We have developed a transport system that supplies the subsidiary CBG filling stations with biogas. The system is based on the standardized demountable system that is already used in many different transports, which means that the docking is very fast and smooth.

The mobile gas storage is set in its place next to the filling station and is easily docked via a hose that is placed in a special space on the end of the storage. The hose is also stored locked here during transport.

We have two different designs of mobile gas storages, where one is built in the traditional way with steel bottles allowing 2 tons of gas and one is made of composite material. Composite gas bottles reduce weight and almost doubles the capacity of transported volume of gas to 3,6 tons, which provides efficient handling with an optimization of costs as an effect.

The gas transport units are in their entirety approved in accordance with current standards for the transport of dangerous goods – ADR-S.
