This week, we commissioned our new flatbed filling station at the Gammalstorp farm biogas plant outside Linköping. Over the winter, farmer Anders Birgersson has been able to follow the progress of biogas production, and now the plant is ready for the next step.
The project was run by IGF Biogas. After upgrading to vehicle gas quality, we were entrusted with supplying compression using our own compressors and the new flatbed filling station.
The biogas is collected in mobile gas tanks by Svensk Biogas and contributes to a stable supply of fossil-free, locally produced biogas. At the same time, Anders uses the upgraded biogas for the farm's own vehicles – a good example of how circular solutions can work in practice.
