Multistation at Bettorp bus depot in Örebro
At the Bettorp bus depot in Örebro, we delivered a true multi-station that fulfills several functions simultaneously. The facility receives its biogas supply from Örebro's local biogas network and functions both as a refueling station for the region's biogas buses and as a mother station filling mobile gas cylinders with biogas. This makes it possible to maximize the plant's capacity and use, while ensuring an efficient and reliable gas supply for the entire region.

Mother and filling station in Karlskoga for local biogas
Adjacent to Gottebol's biogas plant, we have built a combined mother and filling station to supply both refuse collection vehicles and private cars with locally produced biogas. The plant helps Karlskoga residents to refuel their gas vehicles with environmentally friendly biogas, while supporting a more sustainable and circular economy.
In addition to serving as a refueling station for vehicles, the facility is also designed to fill up to ten mobile gas storages simultaneously with biogas. This allows the biogas to be efficiently distributed to other locations, further strengthening the region's ability to use locally produced biogas.

Expansion for increased capacity and redundancy
We originally built the first mother station for Sävsjö Biogas back in 2011, preparing the building to be expanded with an extra compressor. In 2019, we carried out a significant upgrade of the plant to both increase capacity and create redundancy in the system.
As part of the upgrade, we installed a second Pignone compressor and upgraded the PLC system, helping to improve system efficiency and reliability. In addition, we expanded the number of truck beds to meet the increasing demand for biogas and improve the plant's capacity to distribute gas to different locations.
In addition to the mother station functions, the Sävsjö facility also offers a dispenser for direct refueling of vehicle gas. This allows local vehicles to easily and conveniently refuel with biogas directly from the plant.
Supply of gas-powered garbage trucks and mobile gas storage
The station supplies 25 gas-powered garbage trucks with biogas through slow refueling on ramp. This allows the trucks to refuel overnight or during longer breaks, minimizing disruptions and ensuring they are ready for use during the working day.
In addition to slow refueling for garbage trucks, there is also a fast refueling dispenser available to the public. This allows local residents to refuel their gas-powered vehicles in a smooth and easy way.
The mother station in Rygg, Tönsberg, is also designed to fill in parallel up to 6 mobile gas storages for the distribution of biogas to Air Liquide Skagerak's filling stations that are not connected to the pipeline network. This increases the flexibility of the station and enables efficient distribution of biogas to multiple locations.
