What do we serve?
In addition to our own developed gas compressors, we primarily service all Bauer, Idro and Pignone compressors. If you need service on other models, do not hesitate to check with us. We can probably help you.
Spare parts
To help our customers optimize their operational reliability, we have a large stock of spare parts, with over a thousand items. Even if you don't have a service contract with us or if your plant was not built by us, we are happy to help you with spare parts for compressors, especially Idro brand, where we also offer optimized components.
What kind of services do we offer?
At Processkontroll Green Technology we are proud to offer a comprehensive service portfolio covering both preventive and corrective maintenance. When it comes to planned maintenance, we have divided our services into three main categories:
4000 hours of renovations
These refurbishments usually take place in 4000 hour operating intervals. During these renovations, we do a complete renovation of the compressor, where we dismantle the entire compressor, replace all wear parts and measure and check the compressor to restore it to new condition.
500 hours of service
In this service, we go through your entire station in detail. We check and change or refill oil, cooling water, filters, nozzles, valves and more.
Weekly survey
Aimed at inspecting the entire station, draining, detecting any leaks or other indicators that something is not right. With our fully-equipped service vehicles, we can also immediately fix any problems that arise.

Hydraulic compressors
At Processkontroll Green Technology we have over 20 years of experience working with hydraulic compressors, which has given us a unique insight and expertise in this field. Our pride lies not only in the fact that we have developed our own hydraulic high-pressure compressors, but also in our extensive experience in handling and refurbishing and optimizing compressors from e.g. Idro Meccanica.
Our customized workshop in Stora Höga is the heart of our refurbishment business. Here we receive and refurbish hydraulic compressors with the utmost care. Every component is examined, every detail is considered. Often we ourselves have dismantled and collected the compressor directly from the customer's gas compressor plant. We have become a preferred choice for customers globally, including assignments such as refurbishing and optimizing Idro hydrogen compressors from France with our own technology.
Whatever the origin or model, when a compressor leaves our workshop, customers can be sure it is in top condition and ready for many more hours of operation. Our combination of technical expertise, hands-on experience and commitment to quality makes us the obvious choice for all your hydraulic compressor needs.
Reciprocating piston compressors
At Processkontroll GT we have an in-depth knowledge of reciprocating piston compressors, especially those of the Cubogas Pignone brand. These compressors are known for their robustness and efficiency, but also require a particular attention to detail in maintenance and refurbishment. Our team is well trained and has the expertise required to ensure that each component is refurbished and adjusted for the best possible performance.
Unlike hydraulic compressors, which can often be transported to our workshop for refurbishment, reciprocating compressors are usually not as easy to move. That's why we carry out these compressor overhauls directly on site.
We understand the importance of minimizing disruption, which is why each renovation project is planned in close coordination with the customer. Our flexibility and commitment ensure that your facility continues to run smoothly, even during the renovation process.
