At the Bettorp bus depot in Örebro, we have built a multi-fueling station that supplies both regional transport biogas buses with vehicle gas and fills mobile gas cylinders with biogas for further transport to subsidiary stations. This innovative station was designed to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of locally produced biogas from the Örebro biogas network.
The station is equipped with a large buffer capacity to handle minor fluctuations in biogas supply. In addition, we have implemented a backup solution in the form of an LBG tank, where liquid biogas is vaporized when needed. This ensures that bus services can always refuel, regardless of variations in biogas production.
By using this multi-fuel station, Örebro's regional transport and its biogas buses can ensure efficient and sustainable operation. The station design allows both direct refueling of buses and filling of mobile gas cylinders, providing a flexible and reliable gas supply for the entire region.
This solution is an example of how Processkontroll Green Technology works to create innovative and customized solutions to meet the unique needs of customers and contribute to a more sustainable transport sector.
